Ridiculous

<p> This KFC is a joke!! There is obviously no Management whatsoever. The night staff do as they please, they decide when and if you may have ice cream, politely tell you the machine is broken and send you on your merry way. After Shift change in the morning, the ice cream machine miraculously works again. How can KFC allow this?? Is the Manager aware of this?? We visited the drive thru for 7 consecutive days, received ice cream 7 times in the day and only once at night. Reason given was that machine is broken. Totally unacceptable!!</p>
