Ridiculous

I don't know how I feel about this Hammanskraal Renbro KFC, I ordered on the KFC App at 10:14 and pick up was scheduled for 10:32. I am typing this it is 11am still waiting for the food(breakfast) that we were told they are preparing when we arrived 30min ago we left and came back but still nothing. Worse I don't think the staff is well trained for Online systems and why is there no option for pick up via drive thru the level of incompetence here is honestly ridiculous.
