Richmond KFC worst service ,

I'm laying a complaint against KFC Richmond. 7th Nov 2022. At the the KFC order three different meals 2 were crunch box meals, other one was a loaded box. We wanted to change our cold drinks to buddy Cokes and got charged for the full price on the cold drinks.

When we did request to speak to the manager the manager to tell us that amount we got charged it's because of full buddy price list. As advertised the crunch burger box meals the price was for R49, 99 we got charged on each one R87, 99.. the loaded box meal was not even in a box and the servettes were paper towels for the kitchen.

One main complaint was also the service. I believe for myself and we got overcharged regarding these box meals. As well because of three meals we were only given two salt and one catch up. unfortunately this was a very bad experience with KFC and will not in future advise anyone to make you of Richmond KFC.
