Revolting customer service, another KFC drama.....

I bought what we call zinger wings from kfc Baywest only to find that it was not fried properly. I then returned<br> it to kfc where i received the worse service at any kfc ever. my family and i frequent kfc on a regular basis. i spoke to the manager who refused to replace my wings(which i had already nibbled on) instead he only gave me a refund for the uneaten wings. the way he spoke to me was unacceptable when i explained the situation to him, and while refunding me he spoke to his co-workers in xhosa (which i understand) and told them i have a snobbish attitude. i am a very disgruntled customer and although i would very much like to support this branch, maybe management should receive advanced customer training and learn to treat the customer with a little more respect.
