Return of KFC wings

Order 303 on 2nd September 2017. I bought a family meal and had wings. My dad then called the store at 8:34pm and spoke to Janice or Janet whatever her name is and then my dad returned the wings to the store where he was met by manager Janice. My dad explained that it's not zinger wings at all and asked the manager to taste the wings and she refused and raised her voice at my dad while customers was standing around and my sister was there as witness and Janice then told my dad "I told the cashiers that they must get Tracey's order right and she is a problem" my dad responded Tracey placed the order and I am bringing the wings back not Tracey and she said she will do nothing and also insinuated that my dad said she is ******s and she told my dad she is married to a white man. I then was at home and my dad told me how embarrassed he was and what Janice said about me I then got into the car and drove to KFC and I waited with my dad and my sister and Janice didn't come out to address me at all. I have a 11minute video where I asked Janice to come out so I could address her and she refused to come address me as the customer. She sent the cashier to say she won't be coming out at all. I called the store manager as she wasn't there but unfortunately she didn't answer her phone. I want my order to be and my wings to be replaced and Janice to be disciplined by KFC for her conduct.
