Resolution of my matter was excellent by Nana Shandu in KFC BLUFF TOWERS
<p>after I posted my complaint yesterday, today I receive emails and a call from KFC bluff towers and Nana Shandu humbly apologized and resolved the matter very professionally and kind, thank you hello Peter. </p>
