Repeated Poor Service and Suspicious Receipt Handling

I’ve had enough of the poor service at KFC Rosemead. On my most recent visit, the cashier once again tore off the section of the receipt with the survey reference number. This has happened multiple times—they ask for the slip, walk away with it, and unless you specifically ask for it back, you don’t get it. I’m starting to suspect that staff may be using these survey codes themselves, which is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the food was terrible. The chips were old and burnt, and the meal overall was just not up to standard. It’s frustrating when you pay for a meal and get this kind of service in return.KFC needs to look into what’s happening at this branch. It’s disappointing, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
