Repeated bad services rendered

I have come to the realisation that KFC doesn't no care about customer services as repeated complaints has been made about KFC OKAVANGO in Brakenfell and so far NOTHING has been done to address these complaints. Which is horrible as the complaints are the same 1) terrible service, 2) disrespectful staff 3) unrealistic waiting time and poor s****s from the staff.
