Regular visitor to KFC at least 3 times a week. Meal quality is becoming worse and worse. Spoken to Siva a few times got a gesture meal. Nothing has changed. Customer care line sends smss to resolve the problem with immediate effect waiting 5 days for a manager. Nobody has bothered to call me back. Ashley and staff at customer care absolutely useless!!? Pathetic service KFC
