refusing to give me chilli salts

I went to KFC today at 15:32 to buy streetwise 5 I then checked my order if the was chilli salts n tomato sauce inside to find out that their was only 1 tomato sauce n no chilli salts.I then asked nicely for chilli salts n tomato sauce n some guy called Mncedisi responded with attitude n shouting saying that I shud say can I please have extra chilli salts n what amazes me is that the guy was not even the 1 who was serving me. I then asked on what did I say wrong bcs I said can I pls n according to my understanding that's asking n not demanding but some Lady came to rescue n gave me the things. What's annoying me is that the guy kept on back chatting n shouting saying that I shud know what to say if I want extra. I didn't even eat the food bcs I was ****ed of the bad attitude that I was given by that guy.
