Refusing money
To whom it may concern, <br> <br> Last night my girlfriend and I decided to go to out for dinner.<br> <br> So when we ordered our food, and was about to pay the cashier refused to take our R200 note as she said, \it's damaged and torn."The note was slightly torn on the top left. You cannot refuse money unless it's believed to be a counterfeit"
