refused with tap water

<p>A kfc in Charles street Pretoria....I came iin the morning ordered a breakfast mini twister and cappuccino combo I went to the cashier named naledi m to ask for tap water she told me that they are not allowed to give out tap water then I asked for the cup so I can get water from the ladies room they also refused. .....telling me that I'm not allowed to have water here unless I buy still water from them. I just needed water to take my meds in a restaurant that I bought food at was that too much to ask.........</p>
