Refused to help

Please i want my refund.i went to kfc mamelodi square and i used kioks to buy streetwise 3 and after some minutes i ask them about my oder the lady said on their system it wrote not payed i showed them my notification still they refuse to help i called the manager he said it will reverse i must buy again. Ok fine i pay again is being a week now is not reversed so what do i do course to go there is a transport and i want my refund i will bring my bank statement to prove that it didn't reverse i also want transport money because I told them and they refuse to help so i can't spend my money to go there
