REFUSED SERVICE
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I WAS REFUSED SERVICE BECAUSE THE CASHIER DIDNT HAVE CHANGE.<br> <br> ITS NOT NO PROBLEM THAT THE STORE DOESNT HAVE CHANGE.
