Refuse of service KFC Parow centre

I'm so upset, just came from KFC Parow centre to get a meal for my family after coming home from work(working in retail myself) only to be told my the cashier "we don't have wings or burgers on hand" and the chicken looked like it was standing for hours. Now I didn't expect things to just wait around for clients. But being in retail I know "you do what you have to make the client happy". Not to give snarky remarks because you have close in a half hour. I'm so disappointed and angry, because I just came home(from my retail job) and I would never make a client feel like they're an inconvenience!!!! Regardless of what time they're coming in the store! And it's not the first time that I experience this putrid behavior from your KFC Parow Centre branch. I can tell you now, if I had to portray that behaviours to a client, I wouldn't have a job!!!
