Refusal to sell Zinger Sauce

To whom it may Concern<br> I went to the Randburg Sqaure KFC to purchase Streetwise Two a Roll, Coke and 2 clicks of Zinger Source<br> I have previously purchased the Zinger Source with the same meal from the South Gate KFC and they had no problem selling me the source. I only enjoy this meal with the Zinger Source thus I buy it.<br> I was told very rudely by the assistant manager at the RBS KFC that the Zinger Source is only sold with the Burger. After telling her your other KFC stores sell it , and that im not asking for it for free, I will pay for it she still gave me a Blunt answer and walked away from me with an attitude.<br> I fail to understand why some store sell it and others are refusing, are you not supposed to be the same Franchise. I did not enjoy my meal because of the source not being sold to me, your response will be highly appreciated.
