Refund Pending for A Month

Order cancelled on the 2nd of May 2026 and I still haven’t received my money. I have emailed your customer service several times and was informed the reversal was done which was not . The bank advised the funds were not released by KFC bank. It’s back n forth with KFC and opened a case number with my bank. I was on the line with Capitec the refund amount hasn’t been paid into my account or released

This has been going for far too long.

KFC still has my money and I have to be the one doing follow ups. This is ***** if you think of it. If I wasn’t doing these follow ups you would have kept my money.
