Refund not received after almost a year!!!!

On 25th of December 2020, I decided to stay home for Christmas, as the country was going through another surge in COVID19 cases.

I went of KFC's online shop and saw that there was a KFC closeby that was open.

I ordered and paid for the food, but when I got there it was closed.

I then called the customer care line, but noone picked up.

So a few days later i call and sent an email.

I was supposed to get refunded, but it never came.

It has been almost a year since this happened and no response from KFC.

Thank you for being useless!!!!
