Refund not done

I try to place a order on rje KFC app on Friday 01/10/2021 at 20h00. After I aprove the transation ont bank account. They said the could do the order. They will reverse the to my account. O tried a second time. And again the tramcation could not do the order. With the some message. They will reverse the money. Both times they took R 143.90 from my account. Monday the 3/10/2021. I phone the customer line. Theu ask me to send a email with n copy of my bank statement. What I've done. I still wait for my money. 7/10/2021. I follow it up twice a day. Every time they promise me that I would be refunded to. Empty promise.. KFC can took your money. They are not willing to make tje refund. They stole my money. I AM DESIPONT IN KFC
