REFUND NOT BEING ACTIONED

I made a purchase via the stupid and non functional KFC app , and they took my money without refunding , they called and requested my documentations, submitted and no word from them , called them , they assured it will be paid next week , still nothing , spoke to BONGENI NQUBE ( The most useless person I have ever encountered ) who couldn't help because my document was *******ed , but NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME ,needed to speak to the manager ZIKHOLENE (WHO REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME SHE WAS BUSY FOR ME ) ...... I NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP STUPIDS
