REFUND NEVER RECIEVED

Order meals on the 11th August and meal wasn't delivered after making several call to the customer service center I was given case number told that I'll be refund.I am still waiting for my refund today when I call now I was to refund was done 12th August but still haven't received my money can I please get voucher or something if this refunding process takes long and don't understand why you guys don't wanna give me voucher with amounts to the purchase value cause.#Thank you for contacting KFC Customer Care Your reference number is CAS *** G3J3C6 A KFC Customer Care Representative will be in contact with you
