Refund negligence

I went to KFC to buy four meals in sunvalley and I was charged twice and I didn’t receive a receipt, when I requested receipt I was ignored, I went back to the shop the following day to show them that money went off my account twice on my phone,no-one even bothered with me,instead the manager or supervisor that was on duty just kept on playing on his phone.The only thing that the manager did was to instruct the cashier to tell me i must bring my bank statements and carried on pressing his phone,I also didn’t receive a receipt and no-one bothered to help me or even look at the sms I was showing them that the transaction went off twice. I feel an investigation needs to be done at that particular store and staff need to go for training because they couldn’t even do a split transaction.I find it disgusting to be served by such people who have stinking attitude.
