Refund might be paid Friday and the following Friday after 2 months

Online order placed 26 June and after many calls to get my money back becoz I didn't get the food and always told by your unhelpful agent it's with our Accounts department and they can't put me through nor can I speak to supervisor on shift. Today 08 August 2 months later Thobesani calls saying I might get my money Friday coming or next week Friday, also made aware you since a week ago don't do complimentary vouchers.

How pathetic KFC and disappointing that you can't get with money back and don't get help when calling and your ppl just nonchalant abt everything
