Refund me

I am very dissapointed with kfc on the 10th I ordered online for delivery through their app it was around 12pm in the afternoon. I waited for 4 hours for my food to arrive until around 4:30 they send me a message that my order is canceled due to the fact that their driver couldn't find my location. I send head office the proof of my order and the cancelation message, but still they don't refund me back my money. The worst part I have been sending them emails and they don't care to reply..
