Refund from KFC App

I ordered food on the KFC App on the 13th Nov 2023 and they took my money from my account without placing the order. The basket was emptied and the glitched there after. I called in to log a call and I was told a refund will be made within 5 working days. It’s more than those days and nothing has been done. Try calling their number today and it doesn’t go through. It says the number I have called is not available. I’m livid !!
