Refund for online order?!!!!!!!!

I made an online order on the 10th with Heugh Rd KFC, there was an error order was cancelled but they still took my money. Imagine waiting 3-7bdays for a refund that's absurd & I have called their call centre & was promised a call back because I escalated my complaint still no feedback & my money has not been refunded. I am very much annoyed & I want my money ASAP
