Refund follow up

I have bren waiting for my ****en refund for a month now, spending my airtime calling them back and forth ... always trlling me that they will refund till today.. am so ****en ****ed.. have sent them an email and also contacted the RUDE manager from KFC Gandhi Square that threatened to drop the phone on me ( telling me am wasting her airtime) just because i refuse to opt for a voucher and nor want their food no more...

Ordered on Frifay night ( while at work) and tracker showed the driver is coming with the food... to my suprise the driver just disappeared... No food for the night and also had to spend my other budgeted money to get food from a garage, coz my card was already charged...

Called KFC Gandhi , they kept me on hold till 9pm ( thats when they close) and then the phone was dropped...

Till today have been calling them , using my own airtime ( R100+ ) calling them following up o my refund... dololo... ***
