Refund

I've ordered online with kfc app after waiting for 30min my order was canceled with no explanation or anything then after the sent massage that I'll be refunded within 72hours awaiting for 72hours for the whole week it was o the 30th of april it's now 19 of May sent email did everything to follow up no response I'm really irritated by this
