Refund

I went to the KFC in Centurion Mall and paid using my credit card but unfortunately they had network issues my payment was on pending status, so I had to pay in cash, but after a day the payment went through so it means I paid twice for the same meal. I called and reported at first they said I will be refunded within 24 hours but nothing happened and I called again they gave me an email that doesn't go through. And this happened on the 22nd of October 2025
