Refund

Good day, kindly note that I have made an online order to Kfc , I did not receive confirmation order No, I call immediately and they promised to refund me they even gave me the case No *** Since June 2023 , they refuse to pay me I have send prove of payment so many times, been calling and doing follow ups, with no luck
