Refund almost a month with receiving

I bought food online with KFC and my food never arrived. I then sent them a message through their facebook and someone called me a few days later to let me know that a refund will be processed to my account 7 days from the day he called. that was on the 22nd of july till now nothing has been processed. I want my money back.
