REFUND

I ordered online at kfc for delivery on thursday the 19th of december 2024.So they cancelled my order due to not having drivers.So they say they gonna refund me my R10.60 and I also used R100x2 of vouchers and i've contacted them regarding my vouchers.Why must I wait so long for my very own vouchers?I contacted them and was told i'll receive an email withn 5min after the call but till no no email was received.I kept contacting them and they send me an sms with case number then said their turn around time to attend the matter is within 24hrs-72hrs.Well 72hrs has passed with no help nothing.My case number is CAS-***-K3K1R5 .
