Refund

This is my second time complaining about this issue as KFC hasn't given me my refund of an order I did on the 14.12.2019.. This is disgusting and I need my money before the end of today. The lady that called me yesterday was not really helpful and I still haven't received my money.. Your service is a disgrace!
