Refund

I placed an order online on 01/11/2024 at 14.25 pm and a few minutes later I received an SMS that my order was cancelled with no reason and a refund was processed and it would take 7-14 working days for my refund to reflect. I was left hungry as that was the last money that I placed the order with and what I don't understand is why I need to wait 7- 14 working days for my money to return to my account whereas I did not take 7-10 days to pay for the food.

I have been sending emails enquiring about my money but have not gotten any responses. I also work in Finance and deal with refunds every day and it does not take this long for an EFT refund to reflect into a bank account. I want my money returned back to my account.
