Refund

I bought Oreo Krusher at the Randpark Ridge KFC on Wednesday 9th of August 2023. The lady advised we order on the self help counter at the store. We did that and made payment of R34,90, however they couldn’t find the order and one of the ladies advised the money will shortly reverse its been happening all day. My partner ended up paying. 3 days later refund still not done.
