Refund

On the 1st of May I ordered online from KFC and paid R102 for my order and few minutes after that I got a message on their system that they cant process my order. I asked for a refund. Till today I haven't been refunded. The last time I called they told me that a refund was processed on the 4th of August but till today there is nothing from KFC and my case was closed.
