Refund

Hi, am Thabiso Gordon Tswai i don't know where to start is been 3 months and days since i have been waiting for my R100 refund from kfc. When i call they keep on telling me lies it will be in my account. Imagine 3months for waiting and still waiting since they can't give me refund how a voucher. The service is bad even when you talk to the consultant. What should i do to get my R100 back?? ***
