Refund

On sunday the 3rd of December our bus stipped at Kfc Louis trichardt total garage i bought for for a total of R339 using the machine and paid using my card I had to cancel order beacuse our bus was leaving. I was told i can't get a refund because its an online purchase i should wait for 24-48 hours for the money to be returned to my account as we speak its the 7th, 4 days later and i'm not getting any communication or my money back I called the manager Mr Joe on Tuesday and was told to wait everything has been processed but no reference or anything can i please have my money back
