Refund

I am very angry at what KFC has done to me. I placed an order and after placing it, I realized that it was not gonna be delivered. I then cancelled the order and I was advised that the money will be refunded to me. The refund was created on the 16.12.2019 and I still haven't received the money. I called again and the lady at KFC Protea heights in Brackenfell told me that there is nothing she can do about it as the refund was created. I 'm so angry and disgusted by this and I also need my money.
