Refund

I placed an order online on the mid April, I never received a order confirmation on email but the money was deducted from my account.

I wrote and called them 2days later, I have a reference number but o one is getting back to me. I constantly have to made a call to them to follow up all I am getting is "the matter has been escalated"

A month later still no refund
