Reckless Wrong Orders - Third time in a row!!!

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writing to complain about KFC Scottburgh, due to the below negligence. </p> <p> </p> <p>My fiance and i went last night to order takeway for Supper and when doing my order i specically stated that i do not want any Zinger chicken in any of my orders as i am allergic to chillies, and the last two times that i have ordered from KFC scottburgh we have recieved zinger chicken, even with meals that do not offer zinger chicken in that item.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well thanks to KFC they managed to make me extremely ill last night due to messing up the order AGAIN, and do not answer there phone when we called to complain about the matter, hence why I am now fed up and reporting this matter on Hellopeter.</p> <p> </p> <p>The items ordered were as followed.</p> <p> </p> <p>KFC Famous Bowl - Had Zinger strips when asked for regular famous bowl with no zinger</p> <p>KFC Double crunch burger - Also had zinger chicken breasts - when specified for no zinger and i dont even think the double crunch offers zinger?</p> <p>8 KFC regular Wings - Zinger wings were given instead.</p> <p>Fully Loaded Box Meal - The burger in the box meal had a Zinger chicken breast aswell.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is complete recklessness - especially for someone who is allergic to an item and orders something requesting not to have zinger chicken in there order, pretty much all the food had to be thrown away as it was un-eadible.</p> <p> </p> <p>If KFC scottburgh did not have any normal chicken last night then they should have stated so instead of just processing an order and hoping that the customer would be happy with there entire meal for the family being chillies.</p> <p> </p> <p>Order 138 - 17:50 - 26 MBALI </p> <p> </p> <p>Also to note, they were not busy last night either. I could maybe understand if they were extremely busy to make a mistake, but as stated this is now the third time I have bought from KFC Scottburgh and have had Zinger chciken in the bulk of my order and last night was the worst!</p>
