Reason for Concern

<p>I went there last week Thurs.. I must first start by giving credit where it's due... The customer service is excellent... I have 2 problems... 1. The fat they used to deep fry our meat wasn't fresh. As a result I slept with a runny stomach. 2. They're crusher machine not working(comon in EC branches) Very curious when does KFC outsource the fixing if its a common problem, empower small companies to fix them. This problem is so common. I usually do for the crusher and wings, leaving 70% of the time with wings.... Come on guy's have been going to KFC for years something is slipping in terms of consistency across the board.... </p>
