Really KFC??!!

After waiting in the drive thru for 20 min with only about 5 cars infront of me, not moving, i finally get to the first window. (This was about just after 23:00. ) At the first window i still remained waiting for about 3 to 4 mins, sitting at a closed window, with two workers trying to what it looked like scanning a finger print on the computer. I sat there, not being told sorry etc. Just waiting behind a closed window. Finally she opens the window with a reply \you can order at the next window. This one doesnt work".Not a good evening sir"
