Really friendly & engaging staff
Popped through the drive-through at the Durbanville KFC about a week ago. There was a guy taking the orders outside on a handheld device. He was friendly, engaged, and happy. Food was hot and fresh. Excellent service guys. I know I've had occasion to complain when things have gone wrong in the past, so just want to compliment when things go well too.
