Really dissapointed

Last night we went to KFC in Vanderbijlpark and we are not very impressed with KFC. We orderd 2 x Colonel Burgers and 1 x Zinger burger all meals with glass coke and 1 large chips. We paid and when we got to the window to collect the food the lady said we must park she will bring it, we asked how long it will take and she said 10minutes. 20 minutes passed and we did not get the food we then went back to the window and the lady said they are not done yet we must park she will bring it, we waited by the window. When they gave us the food she said there's no coke only stoney, we said it's fine because we already waited long enough, when they gave us the cooldrink they said there's no holders for the drinks. When we got home the large chips was not in the bag and they gave us three Colonel burgers instead of two Colonel burgers and one Zinger burger. The burgers was falling apart in the bokses. I feel it's not good service, you must make sure on the slip what the order says, it was loadshedding so it was so dark that we couldn't see if everything is in the bag so we could only check once we got home and it was really dissapointing.
