Really Bad Attitude

My boyfriend and I went there to buy some food via drive thru we were greeted by a really nice lady who took our order and told us we have to wait for a few minutes as they were preparing the food it was okay with us then we went to the second window to pay we were greeted by a really rude lady called Lucia just because my boyfriend was driving a taxi she gave us a really bad service and when my boyfriend was trying to tell her that she has to change her attitude she keep telling my boyfriend bye bye a if we owe them and not explaining to us whats the process and this wasn't the first time we complained to her manager Moses about her attitude towards people who are driving taxis. we were really not happy about her service and attitude as we have complained so many times about her .I WORK IN A RETAIL STORE AND I KNOW GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I SEE IT AND THAT IS NOT IT
