Really !!!

On Friday 9th I made a purchase at KFC Hillbrow my slip no was 216 and time 16h10. After a while I noticed that the orders before me were not being collected so I asked that lady what time she had on her slip. To my dismay her slip ready some time before 16hoo. The screen which shows the orders that are on their way was full but no numbers were moving to the collect side.<br> I then get up an when I approach the window I notice that there are people behind the section where food is delivered from kitchen and they seem to having a meeting.<br> WHAT!!!!!. A meeting when there are customers waiting for orders, really. No one bothered to even inform us that our orders would be slightly delayed they just made us wait until I complained and then asked for my money back and left. I do not deserve such treatment.<br> This is such bad service. Who has a meeting that tie of the afternoon and keep customers waiting without so much as a warning. Is this how we are to be treated by Kentucky because we are black.<br> Disgusting , Unacceptable
