I had a store complaint , twweted it, ssomeine from KFC by name Lukha called me about it, we spoke and she said that i needed to send email to that care email address which i did. This was on a Saturday, she said that she would get back to me on Tuesday butbshe never did. Guess what ? Its two weeks later.
