Re-cooked left overs

So I complained about recooked chicken cos it was dry and not happy with the food, then kfc contacted me via messenger, after that this morning their agent called she didn't even introduce herself she sounded tired telling me we heard about your complaint which she didn't know what the complaint was cos I had to tell her.

She then went to say we. Will escalate this with the store but we won't come back to you bye😳😳the nerve... Wow kfc you've outdone yourself
