RAW PIECES OF CHICKEN

I went in to KFC Phokeng Mall and I bought streetwise 5 and chips at 11:02 on the 13th December 2023. When I got home and opened the takeaway, 2 big pieces were still raw on the inside. I had to deep fry it again to get it well done. I'm really disappointed and I'd rate their service as poor.
